Peter Pepper’s Ice Cream Factory, Arcade

This obscure 1984 arcade game is a spin-off from Data East‘s classic 1982 hit, BurgerTime, in that it features Peter Pepper, the burger-dropping chef from that game. In Peter Pepper’s Ice Cream Factory, though, he is again navigating various screens of platforms and ladders, except this time he is trying to push scoops of ice cream into cones, as well as trying to take out chasing enemies by pushing or throwing ice cream at them.

BurgerTime Deluxe, Game Boy

BurgerTime Deluxe is an enhanced remake of the classic 1982 arcade game, BurgerTime, released exclusively for the original Game Boy. It was developed and published by Data East in 1991.

Crime City, Arcade

Taito‘s Crime City in an obscure run-and-gun arcade game, first released in 1989. It is part of the Chase HQ series, and the two playable characters – Tony Gibson and Raymond Brody – are the same leads as in the first Chase HQ. You can play either alone, or two players can play the game simultaneously, cooperatively.

Combat School is a 1987 arcade game developed and manufactured by Konami. In it you play a military recruit who is undergoing basic training at a Marine Corps training camp. The game is also known as “Boot Camp” in North America.

Developed and published by Sega in 1995, Clockwork Knight 2 (aka Pepperouchau’s Adventure) is the sequel to Clockwork Knight, which was released the previous year. It’s a Saturn exclusive platform game with gameplay similar to its predecessor, but with a number of changes and additions.
