Konami‘s classic arcade game, Frogger, was first released for the ColecoVision in November of 1983 and it immediately became one of the console’s biggest-selling cartridges.

Combat School is a 1987 arcade game developed and manufactured by Konami. In it you play a military recruit who is undergoing basic training at a Marine Corps training camp. The game is also known as “Boot Camp” in North America.

Haunted Castle, Arcade
Haunted Castle is an obscure Castlevania arcade game, developed by Konami and first released in 1988. Until recently, I’d never seen it before, and playing it now I have to say that it is pretty unsophisticated for a late Eighties arcade game, and it pales into insignificance compared to other Castlevania games, like Super Castlevania IV or Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. It’s also insanely difficult. Maybe unfairly so.
Sunset Riders, Super Nintendo
The 1993 Super Nintendo conversion of Konami‘s 1991 arcade hit, Sunset Riders, is considered to be something of a classic on the system, and it is a lot of fun to play, either single-player, or with two players playing simultaneous co-op.
Silent Hill: Homecoming, PC
Silent Hill: Homecoming was developed by American company Double Helix Games and published by Konami in 2008. It was released for PlayStation 3, XBox 360 and Windows and is the sixth instalment in the Silent Hill series.

Silent Hill: Origins – the fifth part of the Silent Hill series – was developed by British company Climax Action (with the help of some outsourcing), and not Konami, so was the first Silent Hill game not developed in Japan. It was initially released for the PlayStation Portable in 2007 and this PlayStation 2 port followed later, in 2008.

Silent Hill: Origins is the fifth instalment of the Silent Hill series and the first Silent Hill game not developed in Japan. This game, known as Silent Hill Zero in Japan, is a prequel to the first Silent Hill and was developed by Climax Action and first published for the PlayStation Portable by Konami in 2007.
