The Atari 7800 conversion of Choplifter was developed by Ibid, Inc. and first released by Atari Corporation in 1987, and while it does at first glance look better than all the other Atari ports of the game, it unfortunately plays pretty poorly.

Basketbrawl, Atari 7800
Basketbrawl was developed and published by Atari Corporation in 1990, for the Atari 7800. It’s a one or two-player tournament basketball game in which you can assault the other players (even your own teammates), in order to cause mayhem on the court and to try to gain the upper hand.
Commando, Atari 7800
Capcom‘s classic scrolling shoot ’em up, Commando, was converted to the Atari 7800 by Dwain Skinner of Sculptured Software and first published by Atari Corporation in 1989.

It was developed by Radioactive Software and the box art features a likeness of Al Lewis, dressed as Grandpa Munster, who plays the role of “Grampa” in this game.
Desert Falcon, Atari 7800
Desert Falcon is an obscure isometric shooter with an Egyptian theme, released exclusively for the Atari 7800 in 1987.
You play as a falcon, flying diagonally over the landscape, shooting stuff as you go, in a way similar to that seen in Sega‘s classic coin-op, Zaxxon.
Ballblazer, Atari 7800
Lucasfilm Games’ brilliant futuristic sports sim, Ballblazer, was converted to the Atari 7800 in late 1984.
As a ‘no-nonsense’, one-on-one ball game there is little better, in terms of video games, and this Atari 7800 version is one of the fastest and smoothest around.
Ninja Golf, Atari 7800
A notch above “Monkey Tennis” in terms of great ideas, Ninja Golf was dreamt-up and released for the Atari 7800, way back in 1990.
