Rainbow Islands on the Sega Master System was released in 1993 in Europe, Australia and Brazil, and it is a reasonably good port of the classic Taito arcade game.

Rainbow Islands Extra Version, Megadrive/Genesis
The “Extra Version” of Taito‘s classic Rainbow Islands is a modified version of the original arcade game, where the levels have been rearranged and the enemies changed to make the game more challenging. There are some new power-ups to discover, and the bosses have also been changed too. Rainbow Islands Extra was released into arcades in limited quantities in 1988, and was also released on the Sega Megadrive in 1990 and the FM Towns in 1992.

Rainbow Islands, Game Boy Color
Rainbow Islands on the Game Boy Color was ported by Dreams Co., Ltd. and published by TDK Mediactive in 2001. From what I can tell it was only released in Europe, which – considering it was created by a Japanese developer – is a little strange.
Chase HQ II, Megadrive/Genesis
The Megadrive/Genesis exclusive, Chase HQ II, was developed by ITL Co., Ltd. and published by Taito in 1992. It is an enhanced, multi-vehicle adaptation of the classic 1988 arcade game, with similar gameplay to its parent.
Rainbow Islands, NES/Famicom
The NES version of Rainbow Islands was developed and published by Taito (it was published by Ocean Software in Europe) in 1992. It is a decent enough port of the classic arcade game but does have some deficiencies compared to the original.
Rainbow Islands, Commodore 64
The Commodore 64 port of Taito‘s classic Rainbow Islands was developed by Graftgold and first released by Ocean Software in 1990, and – gosh-darn it – it is a fantastic port of the arcade game!
Super Chase HQ, Game Boy
Super Chase HQ is the second version of Taito‘s classic arcade driving game, Chase HQ, that was released for the original Nintendo Game Boy. It was first released in 1994, and you’d expect it to be much better than the disappointing first Game Boy Chase HQ, which came out in 1990, but…
Chase HQ, Game Boy
There are two versions of Taito‘s classic arcade driving game, Chase HQ, available for the original Game Boy, and this is the first one – developed by British company Bits Studios and first released in 1990 in North America and 1991 in Japan.
Chase HQ, PC Engine
The PC Engine version of Taito‘s classic car chase game, Chase HQ, is pretty decent. It was ported by Daiei Seisakusho for Taito , and is reasonably accurate, although it’s not quite as good as the arcade original itself. No surprises there, really, because the PC Engine (or the North American TurboGrafx-16 counterpart) is a small 8-bit console that was known for punching above its weight, but it wasn’t able to perform miracles.
Flying Shark, Arcade
Developed by Toaplan and first released into arcades in 1987, Flying Shark (aka Sky Shark in North America) is a challenging vertically-scrolling bullet hell shooter with a military theme. You fly a biplane over jungle and sea and must blast your way through five increasingly more difficult levels.
