Super Smash Bros. Melee is a classic GameCube-exclusive fighting game, developed by HAL Laboratory and published by Nintendo in 2001. It is the sequel to HAL‘s 1999 Nintendo 64 game, Super Smash Bros. It features an array of historical Nintendo characters, taken from a range of classic Nintendo games, and it pits them against each other in a dynamic fighting arena.

Kirby’s Dream Land 3, Super Nintendo
Kirby’s Dream Land 3 was developed by HAL Laboratory and published by Nintendo in 1997. It is the successor to Kirby’s Dream Land 2 on the Game Boy, and was the first and only Dream Land adventure on the Super NES.
Kirby’s Dream Course, Super Nintendo
The first Kirby game released for the Super Nintendo, Kirby’s Dream Course is a miniature golf game that was developed by HAL Laboratory and Nintendo EAD, and first published by Nintendo in 1994. The game began development as a standalone title called “Special Tee Shot“, with its own original characters and art assets, but was later turned into a Kirby game after the success of the Kirby series on the Game Boy.
Alcahest, Super Nintendo
Alcahest is a scrolling, overhead action game – with RPG elements – that was developed by HAL Laboratory and published by Squaresoft in 1993. It was only ever released in Japan, but a fan-made, English translation patch is available to make it fully playable to Western audiences. Which is what I’m showing here.
