Don Doko Don is an arcade game developed and distributed by Taito in 1989. It was only ever released in Japan – as were ports of the game that appeared on the Famicom and PC Engine – although the small amount of text in the game appears to be in English so is easy to understand.

Avenging Spirit, Arcade
Avenging Spirit was developed by C.P. Brain and distributed into arcades by Jaleco in 1991. It is an obscure platform/action game about the ghost of a dead man avenging the abduction of his girlfriend.
Lunar: Walking School, Game Gear
Lunar: Walking School (aka Lunar: Sanposuru Gakuen) is a Game Gear exclusive handheld RPG first released in 1996. It is a spin-off/side story from the main Lunar series published by Game Arts. This ‘Walking School‘ edition was developed by Ehrgeiz and written by Studio Alex.
Again: thanks to the efforts of fans a number of translation patches exist to make the game playable to non-Japanese speakers/readers.
Wizards & Warriors III: Kuros: Visions of Power, NES/Famicom
The third game in the Wizards & Warriors series was released for the NES in North America in 1992 and in Europe in 1993. It was once again developed by Zippo Games for Rare, although the game did encounter a few issues during development*, and was published by Acclaim Entertainment.

Paperboy, Commodore 64
The Commodore 64 version of Paperboy was written by Neil A. Bate and Chris Harvey and was first published by Elite Systems in 1986.
Tapper, ColecoVision
The 1984 ColecoVision version of Bally Midway‘s famous Tapper is a pretty good replica of the original bar-tending game. It’s light years ahead of the Atari 2600 version and also better than most of its other peers.
Smurf: Rescue in Gargamel’s Castle, ColecoVision
Smurf: Rescue in Gargamel’s Castle is a simple platform-based cartoon adventure for kids that is based on the TV series, The Smurfs, and was developed and published by Coleco and released for the ColecoVision and Atari 2600 in 1982.

Frogger, ColecoVision
Konami‘s classic arcade game, Frogger, was first released for the ColecoVision in November of 1983 and it immediately became one of the console’s biggest-selling cartridges.
Cabbage Patch Kids: Adventures in the Park, ColecoVision
Cabbage Patch Kids: Adventures in the Park is an action/platform game based on the Cabbage Patch Kids toys that were popular in the mid-Eighties (and are still available to this day). It was first released for the ColecoVision in 1984.
