Castle Master, Amiga
The fourth Freescape game, Castle Master, was developed – not by Major Developments this time – but by Teque Software Development. It was published by Domark in 1990.
Total Eclipse, Amiga
The third Freescape game, Total Eclipse, was released on 8-bit home computers first (ZX Spectrum, C64 and Amstrad CPC), and later appeared on 16-bit machines, including this excellent Amiga conversion, published by Domark in 1989.

Andrew Spencer Studios‘ 1994 release, Ecstatica, is a masterpiece of survival horror.
Ecstatica is as unforgiving as it is surprising. Turning the wrong corner will often result in death – at least until you can gain a foothold in the game.
Portal 2, PC
Valve really outdid themselves with Portal 2. Following on from a game as brilliant as Portal, they knew it had to be good. And it is better than good. Portal 2 is incredible.
INSIDE by Playdead, PC
Playdead’s magnificent INSIDE is an incredibly atmospheric and unsettling video game.
It is simple platforming at its best, beautiful and compartmentalised storytelling at it most entertaining, and a very creepy and weird edge throughout.
