I’ve played a number of bad lightgun shooters with digitised graphics recently and Taito‘s 1994 arcade game, Under Fire, is probably the worst of the bunch.

Released into arcades by Taito in 1990, Space Gun is a first-person sci-fi horror shooter set on a crippled spaceship that has been overrun by killer aliens. It can be played by one or two players.
Operation Thunderbolt, Arcade
Operation Thunderbolt is the sequel to the classic 1987 arcade game Operation Wolf. It was developed by Taito and first released in 1988, and is a first-person, simultaneous two-player shoot ’em up that uses cabinet-mounted positional gun controllers to shoot at the screen.
