The Atari ST version of Prince of Persia was one of four conversions released by Brøderbund in 1990 (Amstrad, PC, Amiga and this), and it is excellent – like the others.
The graphic artist in this (Marco De Flores) has gone for a ‘stained’ look with the brickwork, and it looks pretty good. The use of colour throughout this Atari ST version is actually quite unusual and interesting.
The ST version of Prince of Persia does seem to suffer a little from slowdown (and of being too fast in some places), but it doesn’t affect the game too much. This is still an excellent conversion.
