This obscure Neo Geo platform game was released only in arcades (on the Neo Geo Multi Video System) in Japan in 2000.

Some speculate that Nightmare in the Dark was “buried” because of its ‘gravedigger’ theme and main character. Which seems a bit ridiculous considering its quality.

It’s an interesting game nonetheless, with beautifully-drawn graphics and mad boss battles. And is well worth a play if you can find a copy.
