This excellent MS-DOS title, released by Disney Interactive in 1992, literally allows you to set up stunts, film them, and then edit them together into an independently-playable movie afterwards.
It uses basic polygonal graphics to represent a 3D world, and colourful menus to navigate the production.
Stunt Island is a novel concept – part flight simulator, part movie-maker. It is executed extremely well, and results in a unique and engrossing game.
It’s still available on gog.com and is well worth a fiddle nowadays.
